BenDeLaCreme and Jinkx Monsoon Return with The Jinkx & DeLa Holiday Show Tour
Get ready for a dose of holiday magic as global drag sensations BenDeLaCreme and Jinkx Monsoon are hitting the road once again with the incredibly successful The Jinkx & DeLa Holiday Show. Produced by BenDeLaCreme Presents, this international tour promises to be their most spectacular yet, gracing more cities, featuring more shows, and occupying bigger theaters, including the iconic Dolby Theatre. The tour is set to run from November 7 to December 30, 2023, taking the duo across the US, UK, and Canada.
Expect a Night to Remember
Following the tremendous success of four previous holiday tours and a beloved holiday film, “The Jinkx & DeLa Holiday Special” in 2020, fans can anticipate another year of fabulous spectacle, razor-sharp comedy, brand-new songs, and perennial favorites. Join the delightful DeLa and the fiery Jinkx for a night that The New York Times assures is “sure to lift your spirits and make you howl with laughter.”
A Message of Unity and Joy
BenDeLaCreme sums it up perfectly: “With all the hatred, darkness, and misinformation flying around our world today, it is an honor and a privilege to spend the holidays with tens of thousands of audience members each year, creating joyous community spaces where we can gather strength through laughter and celebration. Whether you consider it the most wonderful time of year or the most troubling, we’re here to tell you… you’re right! So let’s make it our own”
Jinkx Monsoon adds, “It’s been a wild year, so let’s end it wildly. DeLa and I strive to entertain while we enlighten and enliven. The Jinkx & DeLa Holiday Show is not only a moment of respite, but also of community, at a time where we need our chosen family and community most of all. So add us to your holiday plans, or let us BE your holiday plans—either way, you’re welcome to join us.”
BenDeLaCreme and Jinkx Monsoon are not just performers; they’re also the sole writers of their holiday shows. In a world where too often, queer and drag narratives are shaped by voices outside the community, their show and BenDeLaCreme Presents stand as a testament to the power of authentic queer storytelling.
The Jinkx & DeLa Holiday Show is co-written and co-created by BenDeLaCreme and Jinkx Monsoon, directed by BenDeLaCreme, produced by BenDeLaCreme Presents, and promoted by AEG Presents Comedy Division. Don’t miss your chance to experience a unique and unforgettable holiday show.
